Mentoring

IH Associates can offer mentoring services for senior executives.  Mentoring is a longer term relationship than coaching, and will focus on your career development and goals, and offer more proactive advice than is generally appropriate in a coaching setting.

You are working in an international setting, in an agency with which we have experience: the Global Fund, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, WHO, Unitaid, UNAIDS, UK government, and Global Partnerships such as PMNCH, Stop TB and RBM.  You know you would benefit from a structured mentoring relationship with someone who knows your setting well, but potential mentors internally do not have the time and mental space to assist, willing though they might be.
